Return and Refund Policies

Returned items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be in original packaging and in the exact same condition in which they were received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that have been damaged in any way.

When returning or exchanging items, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).
