Collection of Eleven English Silver Thimbles

A wonderful collection of 11 English silver thimbles, raging from early nineteenth century to twentieth century.
The largest one measuring 1" high and 7/8" in diameter and the smallest approximately 7/8" by 5/8"
These thimbles feature exquisite designs, including one with beautiful Moorish fretwork; one with strawberries and vines; one with shamrocks; one covered in quatrefoils; an arts and crafts design featuring tulips; one featuring the initials of queen Elizabeth II, ER, on either side of the royal crown; the largest a commemorative thimble featuring a portrait of Elizabeth II with the dates of her reign, 1926-1996; and one special thimble which consists of a small ribbed thimble that fits within a larger, plainer, design. Each one is a miniature work of art.
